The VaGoldMaps iPhone app is built for offline field use — topo, mines, parcels, and native GPS. Map data downloads and location stay on your device. See the app page for what's included.

On iPhone, open Settings → VaGoldMaps → Location and choose While Using the App. Then reopen the app and allow location when prompted.
Download packs while you still have a solid connection (Wi-Fi preferred). If a pack fails, delete it in the app and download again. Still stuck? Email us with what you tried.
