Every good prospector knows… sometimes you need a solid partner on the creek bank.

I'm looking for someone to step into the legendary role of Pickaxe Pete — helping out on occasional creek days with gear hauling, camera work, and capturing some of the muddy-boot moments that come with chasing Virginia gold.

Duties may include:

• Packing in pans, classifiers, and the occasional stubborn shovel
• Helping film prospecting footage on creek days
• Keeping an eye on gear while I work a promising line
• Laughing when the pan comes up empty… and celebrating when it doesn't

Ideal traits:

• Enjoys the outdoors and doesn't mind wet boots
• Can handle basic phone or camera recording
• Reliable and easygoing
• Has a little curiosity about gold prospecting

You don't have to be a seasoned prospector — just someone who enjoys the creek, good company, and the hunt for something shiny.

Bonus points if you already answer to the name Pete, but we can negotiate.
